Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original silk marks, price tags, and packaging intact for a successful inspection.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a signed pickup receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
